Autumn menus

The autumn menus are served from the 30th of August 2018 until end of January. We require the same menu (1 or 2) for the whole group and consider special diets seperately.

Menu 1:

Sugar salted whitefish, lemon marinated potatoes, smoked Baltic herring mousse and archipelago bread bruschetta
