Brewery Restaurant Koulu

All the School's beers are made under the regulations of the German purity law, the Reinheitsgebot from 1516. It allows only the use of water, malted barley, hops and yeast.

Standard House beers are Ope, Lehtori and Maisteri. We also serve seasonal brews throughout the year.

		MAISTERI: Dark, unfiltered lager Stammwürtze: 13,7 weight-%. Alcohol content: 5,5 vol-%. Malts: Pilsner, münchner, dark Caramel and Colour malts. Hops: Northern brewer and Hallertau tradition.

		LEHTORI: Light, unfiltered lager. Stammwürtze: 11,4 weight-%. Alcohol content: 4,7 vol-%. Malts: Pilsner, münchner and dark Caramel malts. Hops: Saaz and Northern brewer.

		OPE: Light, filtered lager. Stammwürtze: 11,4 weight-%. Alcohol content: 4,7 vol-%. Malts: Pilsner, münchner and dark Caramel malts. Hops: Saaz and Northern brewer.

		REKSI: Copper red, unfiltered bock-beer. Stammwürtze: 16,2 weight-%. Alcohol content: 7,2 vol-%. Malts: Pilsner and dark Caramel malts. Hops: Hallertau and Northern brewer.
