Spring menus

The spring menus are served from the 26th of January 2017 until end of May. We require the same menu (1 or 2) for the whole group and consider special diets seperately.

Menu 1:

Asparagus soup and cold smoked pike terrine

Beef tartar, beetroot and slightly salted egg yolk

Sugar salted whitefish, browned butter sauce, grilled leek and lemon roasted potatos
