When you are looking for a party or meeting venue with a personality, Brewery Restaurant Koulu (School) provides historically interesting facilities in the Turku city centre. We are situated in an old school building, hence the name. The central location makes arriving and departing easy, both the railway and the bus station are nearby.
Also, all the biggest hotels are within walking distance.
Our venues are all unique and suited for many different events
from small private parties and meetings to conferences up to
hundreds of participants. Even bigger events can be arranged since
our restaurant has a capacity for up to 800 guests inside and 1500 guests at summer including our Beer garden. All our venues, even the whole house, can be booked for private functions.
We are experts on planning and organizing events, so you can let us worry about the practical side. Wether you are planning a private party or a company function, we are happy to help you organize it. We make your life´s most important private parties memorable: weddings, birthdays, family re-unions and post-doctoral parties. We organize all the company functions: small and big meetings, conference dinners, staff training days and office christmas parties. We customize menus and drinks suitable for your needs and help you with all the arrangements. The venue rent fee is included in all our pre-ordered foodofferings, so there will not be any added costs.
To help you plan your event, we have made ready menus and
buffet table suggestion. We also have packages for meetings
and conferences.

At our first floor are the Brewery Pub, the brewery itself and our Library with wide range of drinks. Also, at the first floor we have cosy History Class with its comfortable sofa groups. Right beside the brewery, we have a section of the Brewery Pub that can be closed off from the rest
of the space. This part of the pub, History class and the Libarary can
be booked privately for functions and meetings as well as all
the second-floor venues.
At our second floor is the Bellman hall, Willhelmina room and
2 smaller cabinets Cygneus and Wecksell. You can book the whole
second floor for private functions for nearly a 500 guests.
Second floor is accessible by stairs or elevator.
In case you need some more laid-back activities for a company
get-together or for a stag do, we can help you organize a beer, cider
or wine tasting. We also plan some activities together with our partners.
